This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can confidently run a job site, direct a crew, operate equipment, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight. This role is ideal for a foreman who takes ownership of the job—from planning and execution through homeowner communication and final walkthrough—while maintaining safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Top performers in this role earn $85,000-$100,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based incentives.
