We're looking for a hard-working, driven Foreman to lead residential foundation repair and waterproofing projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can confidently run a job site, direct a crew, operate equipment, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight. This role is ideal for a foreman who takes ownership of the job—from planning and execution through homeowner communication and final walkthrough—while maintaining safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Top performers in this role earn $85,000-$100,000+ annually through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based incentives. What We Offer Company truck, tools, and equipment Full-time, year-round work Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Advancement opportunities into senior leadership roles Stability with a fast-growing national company Duties / Responsibilities Lead and supervise a 2-3 person crew on residential foundation repair and waterproofing installations Own job execution from arrival through completion and final walkthrough Plan daily workflow, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule Operate trucks, trailers, installation tools, and mini-excavators as needed Ensure all work meets Vanterra quality, safety, and workmanship standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times Train, coach, and develop crew members on proper installation techniques and job efficiency Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the project Troubleshoot job site challenges and adjust plans as needed Complete required job documentation, notes, and photos accurately and on time Physical Requirements Lift a minimum of 60 lbs Work in crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor environments Stand, kneel, crouch, and work on your feet for extended periods Operate power tools, equipment, and machinery Work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold Work Experience / Qualifications Prior experience leading crews in construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, or similar trades Ability to independently manage a job site from start to finish Experience operating equipment such as mini-excavators and installation tools Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency Other Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to work in crawl spaces and outdoor conditions Strong work ethic, accountability, and leadership mindset Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed About Us At Vanterra Foundation Solutions, we believe the future of our industry belongs to those who put people first and empower them with AI-driven systems and real-time insights.
