We're looking for a skilled Plumbing foreman who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people. Position Summary The Pluming foreman is responsible for installing plumbing systems in commercial buildings while running small crews. This includes Slabs, DWV, water rough ins, fixture set outs, gas piping, grease traps, main sewer lines, main waterlines, troubleshooting and ensuring all work meets local code requirements. Key Responsibilities  Supervise plumbing crews and coordinate daily work assignments  Plan and manage installations of commercial plumbing systems according to plans, specifications and schedules.  Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, electricians, HVAC crews and other trades to prevent conflicts and delays.  Ensure quality workmanship and verify that installations meet project specifications and applicable plumbing codes.  Maintain a clean jobsite and company vehicle  Complete required documentation, service tickets, and safety checklists  Follow company safety protocols and best practices  Training apprentices Minimum Qualifications  8+ years of commercial Plumbing experience  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record  Strong understanding of the plumbing code  Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use ladders safely  Reliable, punctual, flexible and able to work independently or with a team  Willing to work out of town, nights and weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications  Machine operator mini ex, skid steer, lifts  Strong customer service and communication skills What We Offer  Competitive pay based on experience  Health, dental, and vision benefits  Paid time off and holidays  Company vehicle  Ongoing training and professional development  Stable, year-round work  Supportive team culture focused on safety and quality
