$28-$32/hr

Job Overview :

We are hiring Drywall Foremen for commercial projects. This role requires knowledge of all drywall phases, from installation to finishing, with a focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities :

Measure, cut, and install drywall panels Patch, tape, sand, and finish seams and joints Apply textures and finishes as needed Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards Collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements :

MIN 5yrs of experience with all phases of commercial drywall, stilts, metal stud framing, etc Experience managing production schedules and meeting project deadlines Experience coordinating with superintendents, project managers, and other trades Strong understanding of OSHA and construction safety Ability to supervise and coordinate crews Must have basic hand tools Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass an MVR check Must be able to pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug test Steel-toe boots and full PPE required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, stilts, and lifts Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather condition MEMCO is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
