$150 per day for eligible travelers Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Work on a Major Data Center Project We are hiring an experienced E&I General Foreman to lead electrical and instrumentation construction on a large-scale data center project in West Texas. This position directs multiple foremen and crews, coordinates manpower and work activities, removes field constraints, and ensures safe, high-quality installation through testing, energization, commissioning support, and turnover. This is a field-based leadership position for an experienced electrical and instrumentation construction professional. What You Will Do Direct multiple E&I foremen and crews across assigned buildings, systems, and project areas Translate project schedules into daily work plans, production goals, and crew assignments Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials across multiple work fronts Oversee installation of raceway, cable tray, conductors, grounding, lighting, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, controls, and instrumentation Coordinate E&I work with civil, structural, mechanical, controls, commissioning, safety, quality, and client teams Review drawings, specifications, submittals, work packages, RFIs, and field changes Identify material shortages, design conflicts, access issues, and schedule risks before they affect production Monitor labor performance, installed quantities, schedule progress, rework, and completion status Coordinate inspections, testing, energization, commissioning support, punch-list completion, and turnover documentation Ensure foremen conduct effective pre-task planning, toolbox meetings, quality checks, and crew coaching Develop foremen and lead personnel while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and conduct Provide accurate daily and weekly progress updates to project leadership What You Bring At least 10 years of progressive electrical and instrumentation construction experience Experience leading multiple crews, foremen, and work fronts Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, grounding, and equipment installation Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, schematics, plans, specifications, cable schedules, and installation details Experience planning manpower, sequencing work, tracking production, and coordinating schedule-driven construction activities Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code, OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout, electrical safe-work practices, and construction quality controls Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and changing project schedules Ability to work outdoors in West Texas conditions and access active construction areas Ability to pass project-required screening and meet site access requirements Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, semiconductor facilities, power generation, medium-voltage distribution, generators, UPS systems, switchgear, controls, testing, energization, or commissioning is strongly preferred.
