Job Summary Do you want to run your own crew but not ready to take on the financial responsibility? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented PEMB Construction Foreman to lead our steel erection crew and help build a first class company. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate project activities, ensure safety compliance, and manage team performance. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Lead men to accomplish a goal. Supervise and manage construction crews on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide team activities accurately. Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections. Review construction drawings and technical documents to ensure proper execution of work. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications and standards. Experience Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and oversee blueprint reading activities. Familiarity with construction safety management practices, including OSHA regulations and federal safety standards. Hands-on experience supervising construction sites with a focus on quality control and safety compliance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead crews effectively while managing multiple priorities.
