Construction Foreman CedarCreek Urban Development Inc. - Dallas, TX $55,000 - $78,000 a year, Full-time CedarCreek Urban Development Inc. is looking for a reliable Construction Foreman to lead onsite crews and support daily operations at our Dallas residential project.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction crews Ensure safety standards, quality, and project deadlines are met Inspect work and materials throughout all phases of construction Communicate with managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Maintain daily logs, labor records, and progress updates Help resolve onsite issues and keep the project running smoothly
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED At least 24 months of construction experience Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and safety practices Solid leadership and communication skills Pay & hours: $55,000 - $78,000 annually Full-time, 40 hours per week (schedule may vary) How to apply: Email your resume to HR@cedarcreekurban.com
