Elyon Fire & Life Safety is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We're seeking a foreman who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and knows how to keep projects moving while maintaining strong relationships with general contractors, inspectors, and customers. What You'll Do Lead commercial fire sprinkler installation projects from start to finish Manage remodels, tenant finish-outs, retrofits, and new installations Coordinate crews, materials, and daily jobsite activities Read and interpret construction drawings and sprinkler plans Maintain quality, productivity, and jobsite safety Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, inspectors, and general contractors Complete daily reports and project documentation Assist with sprinkler service work when needed Mentor and develop apprentices and helpers Qualifications 5+ years of commercial fire sprinkler installation experience Previous experience leading crews as a Foreman or Lead Installer Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire sprinkler systems Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field installations Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas
Preferred:
