Salary:
$70,000-$85,000 Join a Growing Underground Utility Contractor We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead a field crew installing underground water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utilities throughout the Texas Panhandle. This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll be expected to lead by example, safely operate equipment when needed, and keep production moving while maintaining quality workmanship. Some overnight stays will be required. We will compensate with per diem. Responsibilities Lead crews installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems Read and interpret construction plans, profiles, and cut sheets Coordinate daily work with the Superintendent Ensure OSHA trench safety compliance Direct excavation, bedding, pipe installation, testing, and backfill Coordinate equipment, materials, and deliveries Complete daily reports and production tracking Maintain quality control and pass inspections Train and mentor crew members Maintain a safe, productive jobsite Qualifications 5+ years underground utility construction experience Previous Foreman or Lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of: Waterline installation Sanitary sewer Storm sewer Manholes Utility structures HDPE, PVC, DIP, and RCP installation Ability to read blueprints and grades Experience with excavators, loaders, trenchers, preferred Valid driver's license OSHA experience a plus CDL is a plus We Offer $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience Paid holidays Paid vacation Health benefits Year-round work Opportunity for advancement We're looking for someone who takes ownership, keeps crews productive, and builds quality work the first time.
