The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. ## Duties
• Oversee development subdivision contruction
• Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and plats
• Make responsible purchases for current projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and engineers
• Conduct construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Proficiency in using construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Prolog
• Strong understanding of pipeline construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans
