As we continue expanding our commercial roofing operations, we're looking for a dependable, hands-on Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews, maintain high safety standards, and ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to PROCO's standards. What You Bring 1+ year of commercial roofing, roofing foreman, or construction leadership experience A hungry student mentality and willingness to continue learning and improving Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a roofing crew A strong work ethic and dependable attitude Ability to stay organized and keep a project moving efficiently A strong moral compass and commitment to doing things the right way Ability to follow and enforce job-site safety protocols Reliable and on-time Must be comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs Must have reliable transportation and a pickup truck What You'll Do As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you'll serve as an on-site leader and a key part of making sure each project runs safely, efficiently, and professionally. Arrive at the job site as early as 6:00 AM to meet the crew and prepare for the day. Supervise and lead the roofing crew , keeping everyone organized and productive throughout the project. Set the tone for the day by providing clear direction and maintaining a professional job-site environment. Oversee job-site safety protocols and ensure the crew follows proper safety procedures. Inspect roofing materials and make sure the correct materials are available and ready for the project. Make material runs to and from suppliers when needed. Monitor the quality and progress of the work throughout the project. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite . Communicate with management regarding project progress, materials, crew needs, and any issues that arise. Take photos throughout the project to document progress and completed work. Help ensure projects are completed according to PROCO's quality and workmanship standards. Represent PROCO professionally with customers, crews, vendors, and other project partners.
