Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance and construction.
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including groundskeeping, garden design, and installation of hardscape features.
- Build and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Oversee the care and maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety guidelines and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of landscapers.
- Proficient in using landscaping tools and machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects.
- Knowledge of plant species and their specific care requirements.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
Job Type:

$18.00- $24.
