Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance and construction.
• Plan and execute landscaping projects, including groundskeeping, garden design, and installation of hardscape features.
• Build and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing.
• Oversee the care and maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to safety guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team of landscapers.
• Proficient in using landscaping tools and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects.
• Knowledge of plant species and their specific care requirements.
• Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
