Sugar Land, Houston, Texas Salary:
$85,000 - $105,000+ + full benefits
Hours:
Full-time A well-established construction team is looking to appoint an Electrical Foreman to support ongoing project delivery in Sugar Land and the wider Houston area. This is a key leadership position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of electrical works on complex, large-scale developments. You will be responsible for leading teams on-site, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of assigned electrical scope, including manpower and materials Supervise and lead electrical crews across active sites Work collaboratively with superintendents and other trades Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability Leverage technology to track performance and support delivery Mentor and develop team members on-site Ensure all works comply with NEC and relevant codes
Requirements:
Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license Minimum 5 years' experience managing scope on large-scale projects Experience delivering multifamily or commercial construction projects Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices Basic computer literacy What's on
