Job Description Energy Management Systems Foreman Field Leadership Commercial EMS Refrigeration & HVAC A career opportunity for experienced EMS professionals ready to lead high-quality installations, solve complex field challenges, and develop the next generation of technicians. Position Overview We are looking for experienced EMS professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers. The EMS Foreman position is a key field leadership role within Climate Pros for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and want the opportunity to lead high-quality EMS installations across the country. Our team performs extensive work across multiple states, supporting both remodels and new construction projects for commercial Refrigeration and HVAC systems. As our workload continues to grow, we are looking for Foremen who can represent the quality, professionalism, and technical expertise we expect on every project. As an EMS Foreman, you will be responsible for delivering installations that meet Climate Pros standards, project specifications, and all applicable safety requirements. You will also serve as a leader in the field, helping train and develop newer team members while setting the example for workmanship, safety, communication, and accountability. This position comes with significant responsibility, along with the opportunity to build your career, expand your technical knowledge, travel, and establish yourself as a trusted leader within the EMS industry. Compensation & Travel Pay Range $25-$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. OT at Night Non-travel work performed from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM is paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate. Daytime work and travel remain at the regular rate until the 41st hour of the week. Travel Support $50 per day for meals while traveling. Hotel expenses are placed on the company credit card with a standard limit of $100 per night. Travel is an important part of this role. Climate Pros performs extensive out-of-town work across multiple states, so flexibility and willingness to travel are required. What Were Looking For 3+ years of Commercial EMS experience Ability and willingness to travel extensively for out-of-town projects Flexibility to work both day and night schedules Availability for occasional weekend or holiday work when project needs require it Ability to read and understand construction blueprints Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and field problem-solving abilities Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues without requiring immediate assistance Comfortable working with technology, including laptops and mobile devices Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and support technicians Ability to follow project specifications, installation standards, and directions accurately Leadership & Accountability Being an EMS Foreman means more than completing an installation. Foremen are expected to take ownership of their projects and lead by example. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, assisting with employee training, completing daily time entry and required documentation, communicating field conditions, and supporting other project requirements as needed.
