We need someone who is highly experienced, responsible, dependable, and capable of taking charge of projects in the field.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 8 years of glazing installation experience Strong experience with storefront systems Strong experience with curtain wall systems Experience installing glass shower enclosures Experience with commercial glass and aluminum installation Must be able to read plans, drawings, and measurements Must be capable of leading and supervising a field crew Must speak English and Spanish fluently Must provide at least 3 good references from previous employers or jobs Must have a valid Texas Driver's License Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be responsible, dependable, organized, and punctual Must be able to communicate professionally with contractors, project managers, office staff, and field personnel Must be able to work independently and solve problems in the field Must maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite Must be willing to work 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM and additional hours when projects require it We are looking for a true field leader who can take responsibility for a project, direct installers, maintain quality workmanship, and make sure the job is completed correctly and on schedule. Serious applicants with the required glazing experience only.

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
