Commercial Projects Project Locations:
Dallas / Ft. Worth metro area, including Dallas, Tarrant, Collin & Denton Counties.
Requirements:
Have successfully completed high end commercial electrical projects for top general contractors and developers of medical, retail, commercial and industrial buildings. This opening is for someone willing to make the best of new opportunities, grow and service new and existing contractor clients. You should have excellent problem solving skills, be a self-starter, hard worker and passionate about doing your job.
Experience:
Five or more years, verifiable experience as a Project Superintendent / Foreman Valid Driver's License Journeyman or Master's License -
State of Texas Skills & Abilities:
Ability to effectively manage electrical projects Ability to read plans / construction documents / specifications Ability to lead multiple crews of workers Punctual in nature, able to work to and meet deadlines Able to maintain a fast paced and changing environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to complete job related documentation Dallas / Fort Worth 30 year Electrical Contracting firm needs a Project Superintendent / Foreman that can complete the job with minimal supervision. Only Supt's with past experience in successfully completing jobs in budget and on time need apply.
