OUT-OF-TOWN DRY UTILITY CREWS RPM

Utilities, LLC RPM Utilities is seeking experienced Out-of-Town Dry Utility Crew Members for projects throughout Texas. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience installing underground dry utility systems. Positions Available Dry Utility Foremen Equipment Operators Excavator Operators Loader Operators Skid Steer Operators Laborers / Helpers Dry Utility Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Underground electrical conduit installation Telecommunications / fiber conduit Communication duct banks PVC and HDPE conduit installation Multi-duct conduit systems Electrical duct banks Trenching and excavation Conduit placement and backfill Utility crossings Handholes, pull boxes, and vault installation Underground utility construction Reading plans, utility layouts, and construction drawings Responsibilities Install underground conduit and dry utility systems according to project plans and specifications. Perform trenching, excavation, conduit placement, backfill, and compaction. Assist with installation of electrical, telecommunications, and fiber conduit systems. Install handholes, pull boxes, vaults, and related utility structures. Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently, based on position and experience. Maintain proper grade, depth, spacing, and alignment of conduit installations. Work safely around existing underground utilities. Follow company safety policies and jobsite procedures. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Work as part of a crew to meet production schedules and project deadlines. Qualifications Previous underground dry utility construction experience strongly preferred . Experience with electrical conduit, telecom, fiber, or duct bank installation preferred. Heavy equipment experience required for operator positions. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding construction work. Strong attendance and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew. Must be willing and able to work out of town for extended periods based on project needs . Valid driver's license preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Foreman Candidates Foreman applicants should also have experience: Leading underground utility crews. Coordinating daily crew activities and production. Reading construction plans and utility drawings. Planning manpower, equipment, and materials. Communicating with project management, inspectors, and other trades. Maintaining safe and productive jobsites. Tracking daily production and reporting job progress.
