Overview:

The Project Foreman will manage marine construction projects throughout the United States. The role demands hands-on leadership, coordinating crews, ensuring safety, and driving project completion. Extensive travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations across multiple locations. Operate construction equipment (excavators, cranes, etc.) as needed to facilitate work. Coordinate with project managers, divers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Oversee marine construction activities such as dredging, pile driving, cofferdam installation, and cathodic protection. Monitor timelines, resources, and adherence to specifications. Ensure safety compliance and regulatory standards on all sites. Perform hands-on tasks when required, assisting the crew with physical work when necessary. Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years in marine construction, including 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to operate heavy construction equipment proficiently. Willingness to engage in physical, hands-on tasks alongside the crew when needed. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
