GENERAL FOREMAN

Duties and Qualifications:

• Have experience reading & interpreting drawings, prints, ability to layout, etc.
• Know motor & control wiring.
• Know wiring complex lighting, power circuitry.
• Know applicable NEC codes.
• Comply with electrical safety in the workplace as outlined in

NFPA 70E

• Have familiarity and able to follow all aspects of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct inspections ensuring that projects meet plans, quality, OSHA standards and client requirements.
• Be a skilled communicator with experience leading 2-20 direct employees.
• Be able to communicate both verbally and through email with both direct employees, customers, and leadership in a professional manner.
• Be able to adapt to changing work requirements or environments.
• Be able to make decisions on their feet and recognize situations that require immediate response or action.
• Be willing/able to work under pressure to meet project goals and timelines
• Know EXCEL, WORD and use of computer.
• Generate daily production and progress work reports, JSA and upload daily time & production reports
• Have a TWIC or capable of obtaining one
• Have a valid Texas D.L.
• Make keeping employees safe a priority in all aspects of the job.

VEVRAA Federal Contractor Pay:

$35.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
