Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Working Foreman for Civil will oversee and manage crews performing civil site work. Must have experience with form and finish cement, tie rebar, grout, and shoot elevation. Provides leadership, and is responsible for, although not limited to scheduling, detail planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting in cost control and ensuring the safety, consistency and application of all Zachry policies and procedures. Assigns work packages, etc. to Foremen. Assist Foremen in all daily activities. Consult with other Craft Supervisors on areas of work, heavy equipment needed, and material requisitioned. Provide proper training and monitor productivity of crews who install/assemble components of industrial products.
