Full-Time Direct Hire Recruiter Confidential Search Our client, a growing and well-respected electrical contractor , is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations for a range of projects including car dealerships, healthcare facilities, distribution warehouses, and multifamily high-rise developments . This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality, on-schedule projects with safety at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Supervise all field activities on assigned electrical construction projects. Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure safe and efficient execution. Interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring installations meet design and code requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and foremen to meet project goals, schedules, and budgets. Conduct regular safety and quality inspections, addressing issues promptly. Track manpower, materials, and progress reporting for management. Mentor field staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in electrical construction with at least 2+ in a field leadership or superintendent role. Proven experience managing crews on commercial, healthcare, warehouse, or multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and reading electrical drawings. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Procore or similar project management tools preferred. Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus.
