Full-Time Lead Commercial Electrical Projects We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial remodel and construction projects . This position requires strong leadership, solid NEC knowledge, and the ability to manage manpower, materials, and job progress while maintaining high standards of quality and safety . If you can read plans, run a crew, pass inspections, and keep projects moving , we want to talk with you. Responsibilities Supervise and lead electrical crews (4-12 electricians) Read and interpret full plan sets and project specifications Lay out and coordinate electrical installations Manage daily manpower assignments and crew productivity Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors Maintain jobsite safety and production schedules Track materials and manage on-site inventory Conduct morning safety meetings and daily job planning Qualifications Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License 8+ years electrical experience (5+ years commercial preferred) Proven experience running commercial electrical projects Strong conduit bending skills (through 2"+) Experience installing services, panels, gear, and transformers Ability to pass inspections independently Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred Experience Ground-up commercial construction Multi-tenant buildouts Scheduling and manpower planning Experience managing multiple crews Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays / PTO (if offered) Long-term growth opportunities What We're Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply holds the title of "Foreman."
