Electrical Foreman -
Commercial Construction Location:
San Antonio, TX Job Type:
Full-Time Pay Rate:
$35-$40/hour

Commercial Electrical Construction This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role and oversee electrical crews, coordinate daily field activities, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities Supervise and lead commercial electrical crews. Coordinate daily manpower, assignments, and workflow. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and specifications. Oversee installation of commercial electrical systems and equipment. Monitor crew productivity, quality, and project progress. Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades. Identify and resolve field issues and conflicts. Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite needs. Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and applicable electrical codes. Maintain OSHA and company safety standards. Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy. Train and provide direction to electricians and apprentices. Communicate project status, manpower needs, material requirements, and potential issues to project leadership. Qualifications Commercial electrical construction experience required. Previous Electrical Foreman or Crew Lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements. Texas Journeyman Electrician license preferred based on project requirements. Valid driver's license. Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening.
