00/Hour Our client is hiring a Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and mission-critical construction projects in the Temple, Texas area. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company that specializes in data center interior solutions , including hot and cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, high-density ceilings, specialty accessories, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for mission-critical facilities across North America. If you're an experienced construction leader who enjoys developing crews, driving productivity, and maintaining a safe, high-quality jobsite, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Supervise daily field crews and coordinate work activities Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Support project schedules, manpower planning, and material coordination Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety standards Track daily production, crew progress, and field issues Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance Coordinate with the Superintendent to maintain project workflow Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor Commercial or industrial construction experience required Mission-critical or data center experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of OSHA safety practices Pay & Benefits $26.50
