We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing & Sheet Metal Foreman to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong background in commercial roofing systems and architectural sheet metal who is committed to safety, quality workmanship, and leading crews to success. Position Summary The Commercial Roofing & Sheet Metal Foreman will be
HANDS ON
in daily projects and supervise roofing and sheet metal crew, coordinate project activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. Qualifications 5-10 years of commercial roofing and sheet metal experience Proven experience as a foreman or crew leader Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing Experience installing architectural sheet metal, coping, fascia, gutters, downspouts, flashing, and trim Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Thorough understanding of OSHA safety standards Valid driver's license and in compliance with federal law requirements Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial roofing and sheet metal crews Coordinate daily job site activities to meet project schedules Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA regulations Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower Communicate effectively with the superintendent or the owner of the company Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability Complete daily reports and maintain accurate job documentation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Year-round work Paid holidays and paid time off Company vehicles from office to job projects Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth A professional, team-oriented work environment
