Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a Working Foreman who knows how to get work done. You'll lead a small crew of 3-4 laborers and be responsible for the work your crew puts in place. This is a hands-on leadership position working across multiple scopes of construction. Our crews self-perform concrete, piping, and dirt work, so we're looking for a foreman who is comfortable directing and performing different types of work rather than being limited to a single trade. You'll direct the work, keep the crew productive, make sure the work is safe and built correctly, and get your tool belt on when the job calls for it. You will work under a General Superintendent and be responsible for your crew and the work they perform—not managing subcontractors. What We're Looking For Experienced construction professional with leadership experience Heavy civil, utilities, water/wastewater, concrete, piping, excavation, or similar experience Comfortable working across multiple construction scopes Able to read plans and understand construction layout Good judgment and problem-solving skills Takes pride in quality and safety Willing to work alongside the crew when needed Someone who can direct a small crew effectively Someone who takes ownership of the work and the crew
