POSITION TITLE
Landscape Construction Foreman in Training Do you enjoy working outdoors and seeing the results of your hard work come to life? POSITION TYPE
Full time Year-Round We offer consistent hours and a stable schedule. During the summer, we offer 4-day work weeks to give our team more time to rest, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Deliver a Raving Fan Customer Experience Live and lead by our core values Ensure crews deliver quality work that meets or exceeds company and client standards Oversee all aspects of the landscape construction process from mobilization to close-out Manage resources, people, equipment, and materials to stay on schedule and on budget Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and industry best practices Manage client relationships and provide progress updates through software Directly manage 6-12 non-supervisory crew members; provide daily direction, support, and feedback Play a pivotal role in mentoring the next generation of crew leaders and field staff Communicate clearly with leadership, clients, and vendors to align expectations Maintain clean, professional, organized, and efficient job sites Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely & efficiently Maintain a professional, organized, and safe job site Interpret and execute construction documents, plans, and specifications Lead quality control and troubleshoot on-site challenges in real time Use software to track progress, update leadership, and document key milestones Take initiative to improve workflows, solve problems, and support team success Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism and communication Demonstrate expertise in landscape construction and horticulture, including hardscape installation, plant installation, irrigation, grading, drainage, and water feature construction. Work independently with minimal supervision and little to no rework Be part of a leadership team that is growing-and wants you to grow with it
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in landscape construction, general construction, or skilled trades 1+ years in a formal supervisory role (Foreman, Superintendent, or similar) Demonstrated ability to manage people and production in a jobsite setting Experience interpreting blueprints, plans, or landscape design documents Proven ability to hit project deadlines and maintain job costs Strong communication, job planning, and mechanical aptitude required Experience working with or around irrigation, grading, concrete, stone, or carpentry is a plus Must be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Experience with construction tools, power equipment, and safety practices Proven history of meeting production and budget goals Seasonal flexibility - 4-day work weeks during summer, early mornings, occasional long days, and variable schedules based on weather and workload Technological literacy - fluency with and willingness to learn basic phone apps & computer programs as required by your Supervisor; competency in communicating via email and SMS Career-minded and looking for a leadership path with real advancement potential
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND NON-NEGOTIABLES
Ability to lift & move 60 lbs. repeatedly Full range of mobility including use of both hands and feet Capacity to squat, sit, stand, stoop, or kneel for extended periods Vision abilities as required by Utah driver's license division Daily exposure to outside work and weather conditions Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, dirt, dust, pollen, pets, and other outdoor elements Time Demands - ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level acceptable to the company, including the ability to work overtime, holidays, evenings or weekends as necessary. This position requires seasonally extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling; including evening or weekend hours as needed. Possession of a valid Utah Driver's License and insurable with company's agent Possession of a working cell phone that we can reach you on as needed Ability to get to/from work on your own Working cell phone Reliable transportation Drug free, emotionally stable, and legally eligible to work in the
U.S. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
