EXPERIENCED FOREMAN

St. George & Southern Utah Pay depends on experience, skill & leadership ability Full-time | 40 hours a week | Consistent year-round work We're looking for an experienced Construction/Remodel Foreman who takes pride in their work, knows how to lead a crew, and wants to build a career with a growing company.

One of the biggest frustrations in construction is wondering whether you're going to have 40 hours next week. That's not what we're building at Red Rock. Our current pipeline includes approximately 150 projects booked over the next four months, and we're averaging around 40 projects per month.

Our goal is simple:

keep good people working and provide a consistent 40-hour workweek. We're growing, we're busy, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A FOREMAN WHO CAN LEAD.

You should be able to lead a crew, communicate clearly, solve problems, keep projects moving, maintain a clean and professional jobsite, and hold yourself and your team accountable. Strong remodeling experience is preferred, including experience with: Drywall, tape & texture Framing Finish carpentry Flooring Kitchens & bathrooms General residential and commercial remodeling We work hard and expect a lot from our team — but we also believe in taking care of the people who take care of Red Rock.
