Deliver Excellence. Grow Your Career. Tritus Installations is seeking experienced Foremen who take pride in leading safe, high-quality, on-time projects. We specialize in material handling systems (pallet racking, conveyors, pick modules, mezzanines, dock & door services and more) and are known for superior project management and quality control. This is a leadership role with real responsibility and a clear path to Senior Foreman and Superintendent. What You'll Do Lead crews of up to 6 (Junior) or 12+ (Senior) installers on standard and complex projects Set daily goals, run JSA safety meetings, and enforce PPE, fall protection, and quality standards Manage tools, materials, cleanup, and jobsite organization Produce accurate daily progress reports with counts and photos Lead anchoring work, pass inspections, and complete client walkthroughs and sign-offs Train and develop crew members so they can grow into higher roles Protect schedule, budget, safety, and the client experience What We're Looking For Proven experience leading installation or construction crews Strong knowledge of racking, shelving, and mechanical installation systems
