Job Description

Working Foreman - Lite Building Services (Northern Virginia, VA) Can you run a crew and still do the work yourself? We're looking for a foreman who can lead a crew while doing quality carpentry and finish work alongside them if needed.

The Job:

Lead small crews on commercial jobs - You'll run 3-5 person teams on tenant fit-outs and small commercial projects around Richmond. You're the go-to person on site. Keep jobs moving smoothly - Make sure work gets done safely, on time, and done right. You'll coordinate with the office and solve problems as they come up.

Required:

3+ years doing commercial construction work 1+ year leading crews or working as a foreman Strong skills in drywall finishing and carpentry Can read blueprints and work from plans Spanish/English bilingual is a big plus (but not required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pay & Benefits Good hourly pay (based on your experience) Paid holidays and PTO Overtime available when needed
