Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Foreman in Charlottesville, VA. Electrical Foreman Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Electrical Foreman in Charlottesville, VA is highly competitive and based on experience, with a premium rate offered for candidates with exceptional experience and a proven history of successful performance. Competitive pay and excellent benefits package Exciting, challenging, and rewarding work environment Company is recognized as a top electrical contractor and is respected in the industry Continued training opportunities Contractor has experienced record growth of over 42% since 2013 Licensed in 22 states Electrical Foreman Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for company field trades on each project Responsible for material lists, closeout documents, and site safety Establish work schedules and loading charts Collaborate with project management team regarding material needs Interact with general contractor on day-to-day scheduling and performance issues Jointly responsible with the Project Manager for ensuring material, tools, equipment, information, and manpower are in place Monitor work performed, managing subordinate supervisors and crews Responsible for overall safety on project Electrical Foreman Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License Must be able to pass a drug and background test Must have stable work history
Software:
MS Office (MS Project/Primavera is a plus) Prefer local candidates; relocation considered for the right candidate Must have safety certifications (OSHA, Confined Space, etc.) Will be responsible for 50-80 electricians Preferred but Not Necessary College degree Experience with design/build Field/installation experience #BASE1
