Duties Supervise daily construction operations on residential sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to optimize workflow and productivity Review blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless execution Monitor construction schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or Procore to maintain momentum and meet deadlines Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards Enforce OSHA regulations and federal safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel Oversee budget management by tracking costs, managing contracts, and ensuring efficient resource utilization Interpret technical drawings and construction documents accurately for team implementation Lead project meetings to communicate progress, address issues, and coordinate upcoming tasks effectively Manage teams on-site with strong managerial communication skills, fostering collaboration and accountability Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial construction management with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (including OSHA), and building codes Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog or HeavyBid Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and project scheduling techniques Demonstrated ability to manage crews effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards Experience supervising multiple teams in fast-paced environments with excellent management skills Familiarity with construction safety management practices including federal safety regulations Ability to interpret technical data using tools like ohmmeters or similar testing equipment is a plus Excellent communication skills for managing client expectations, subcontractors, and internal teams Construction site experience with a focus on quality control, schedule coordination, and budget oversight Join us in shaping the future of residential development!
