Responsibilities Supervise and lead crew members in daily operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints to guide crew activities effectively. Train crew members on equipment usage, safety practices, and operational procedures. Maintain clear communication with company owner. Qualifications Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of the entire new home construction process. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
