CoolSys is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing projects within our Construction - Skilled Labor team. You'll supervise field crews, coordinate with GCs and other trades, interpret plans and codes, and ensure safe, high quality installation of plumbing systems that integrate with advanced HVAC R and energy solutions. In this hands-on role, you'll mentor technicians, manage materials and schedules, and help deliver reliable, efficient systems that support our customers' mission-critical operations across North America. Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction projects Plan daily work, allocate labor, and coordinate with GC and other trades Interpret blueprints, specs, and codes to ensure compliant installations Oversee material ordering, delivery, and inventory on the jobsite Enforce safety standards and conduct toolbox talks and site inspections Inspect work quality, perform testing, and document project progress Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers Communicate schedule, issues, and progress with project management Required Skills Commercial plumbing systems Construction blueprints and schematics Plumbing code compliance (UPC/IPC) Crew leadership and supervision Jobsite safety/OSHA practices Pipefitting and soldering/brazing Hydronic and domestic water systems Material takeoffs and ordering Project scheduling and coordination Quality control and inspections
