Full-Time Position | Locust Grove, VA Rapidan Service Authority is accepting applications for a Construction Foreman within its Construction Department. The position is responsible for supervising and participating in the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience in water, wastewater, underground utility, or heavy civil construction Supervisory or crew leader experience Ability to read construction plans and utility drawings Experience operating construction equipment Valid Virginia Driver's License Salary & Benefits Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
