Multifamily Electrical Foreman

About the Role River View Electric is seeking an Experienced Multi‑Family Foreman to support our growing workload of duplexes, townhomes, condos, and large multi‑unit residential developments. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for multi‑family residential new construction Lay out and install panels, circuits, devices, and lighting to NEC and local code Rough‑in, trim‑out, and perform final electrical tasks on multi‑unit projects Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades Complete punch‑list tasks, perform QA checks, and maintain clean work areas Follow all safety procedures and contribute to an efficient jobsite Required Qualifications 3+ years electrical experience specifically in multi‑family residential construction Strong working knowledge of the NEC and local electrical codes Ability to read plans, operate trade tools, and work efficiently in multi-unit environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work safely on ladders and elevated areas Employment contingent on background check & drug screening Preferred Qualifications Journeyman or state‑issued electrical license Experience with large‑scale multi‑building projects OSHA‑10 certification Why Join River View Electric Family‑run environment with a supportive team Steady pipeline of multi‑family construction projects Opportunities for leadership roles as the company grows Company vehicle provided if insurance requirements are met Health Insurance with employer contributions 401k with employer contributions Sponsorship for an accredited apprenticeship school Equal Opportunity Statement River View Electric is an equal opportunity employer.
