Electrical Services is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead industrial electrical crews, coordinate field work, and help deliver safe, high-quality projects. This role is for a dependable field leader who understands industrial environments, communicates clearly, develops people, and keeps production moving without sacrificing safety or craftsmanship. What You'll Do Lead industrial electrical crews on construction, shutdown, maintenance, expansion, and facility upgrade projects. Plan daily work, coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and production priorities. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-lines, specifications, and construction documents. Oversee rigid conduit, cable tray, power distribution, panels, motor controls, control wiring, and equipment installations. Maintain safe work practices, including OSHA expectations, Lockout/Tagout, NEC requirements, and company standards. Coordinate with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors, and facility personnel while supporting schedules, quality, and documentation. Mentor electricians, apprentices, and helpers while building a strong, accountable team culture. What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years of electrical experience, including at least 5 years in industrial environments. Minimum 3 years supervising or leading industrial electrical crews. Journeyman Electrician license in at least one of the quad states. Rigid conduit installation experience in industrial facilities. Ability to read schematic drawings and troubleshoot electrical systems. Proficient in power, control, and communication terminations. Experience with MS Office Applications, Bluebeam, AL Mobile, Procore, ProjectSight, or similar platforms. Willingness to work up to 50 hours per week. Strong attention to detail, dependability, safety awareness, communication, accountability, and pride in quality workmanship. Preferred Experience Motor Controls, PLC's, MCCs, VFDs, instrumentation, or industrial automation. OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or additional safety training. Manufacturing, processing, energy, mission critical, data center, or heavy industrial facility experience.
