HVAC Construction Project Foreman:

We have a growing need to expand our HVAC department by hiring an experienced HVAC Construction Project Foreman. This role will involve leading and supporting our residential construction projects and crews in the installation of high-end, fully designed systems. As a Construction Foreman, you will work closely with installation technicians and junior technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet our established company standards.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop pricing for change orders Manage the ordering, implementation, and recovery of materials and equipment specific to the project Mentor junior Mechanics and Apprentices Collaborate with mechanics to ensure projects remain on schedule Ensure proper design and installation Coordinate with project managers and other trades Hold crews accountable to the company's established standards Conduct Quality control assessments Utilize your tools on the job sites when necessary

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the residential HVAC market
• Over 10 years of HVAC training experience
• Strong understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Reliable and self-motivated individual
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
• Clean Driving Record.
