We're looking for an Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate contributes to company goals by communicating effectively, delivering quality work, and treating customers and their homes with respect. As an Installer, you'll work closely with your Foreman and teammates to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while learning proper installation techniques and growing your skills within the company.What We Offer:

Work toward completion of daily projects while following company policies and safety guidelines Follow directions from the Foreman to complete jobs efficiently, safely, and with quality Learn proper handling of materials, tools, and approved methods of waterproofing and foundation repair Assist with loading materials, tools, and equipment Deliver 5-star customer service in all interactions Communicate effectively with your Foreman, Operations Manager, and Production team Maintain punctual attendance and flexibility for overtime as neededPhysical Requirements:
Lift a minimum of 60 lbs Work in confined spaces requiring crawling, kneeling, or crouching Stand for extended periods Work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold Work Experience /Qualifications:
1+ year of construction experience preferred Experience using power tools Strong customer service skills Ability to read plans or blueprints preferred Strong work ethic, honesty, and reliabilityJob Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to the office daily Ability to pass a background check and drug test Mature, trustworthy, and dependableJob Type:
