Pipefitter/Plumber Foreman Kodiak Labor Solutions - 3.9 Richmond, VA Job Details Full-time $37 - $44 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Military Basic math OSHA 10 Driver's License Managing plumbing teams Organizational skills Crew management Leadership Full Job Description Kodiak is hiring experienced Plumbing and Piping Foremen to lead commercial construction projects in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas . This position pays $37-$44 per hour , based on experience. This position is intended for local candidates in the Richmond, VA area. Per diem and relocation assistance are not available. Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing and piping mechanics and helpers. Coordinate daily work activities and maintain project schedules. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and job documents. Install commercial plumbing and piping systems and related equipment. Inspect work to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements. Estimate manpower and materials needed to complete assigned work. Train, guide, and support crew members. Coordinate effectively with supervisors, customers, and other trades. Promote a strong safety culture and follow all OSHA requirements. Troubleshoot problems and make informed decisions in the field. Qualifications Previous Foreman or crew-lead experience on commercial plumbing or piping projects. Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems. Ability to read drawings and install work according to specifications. Knowledge of applicable plumbing and mechanical codes. Ability to lead crews safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Basic construction math skills. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Journeyman or Master Plumbing license preferred, but not required. Basic Microsoft Office and internet skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must be willing to complete a background check and drug test. Pay:
$37.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
