Bilingual Construction Foreman -
Multifamily Renovations Location:
Virginia Beach, VA, 23454 Position Summary The Bilingual Construction Foreman is responsible for leading daily field operations while working alongside crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to TMG's quality standards. This is a working foreman role focused on hands-on leadership, production, quality, and communication between the field and office. Primary Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily production activities for assigned crews. Work alongside field personnel as needed to keep projects on schedule. Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity throughout the workday. Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff regarding schedules, materials, and job progress. Maintain quality workmanship while ensuring customer expectations are met. Conduct routine jobsite inspections and identify opportunities for improvement. Train and mentor crew members on company procedures and best practices. Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Communicate project updates, issues, and material requirements promptly. Promote accountability, teamwork, and professionalism within the crew. Assist with resolving field issues and maintaining production goals. Ensure equipment, tools, and vehicles are properly maintained. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English. 3+ years of construction or renovation experience; foreman or crew lead experience preferred. Multifamily renovation, maintenance, or service experience strongly preferred. Ability to read plans, coordinate field activities, and maintain production schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments. Work Location In Person
