Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a caring, dependable, and Christ-centered individual to provide loving and safe childcare during ladies Bible studies and special events. The Childcare Worker will help create a warm environment where children feel safe, valued, and cared for while reflecting the love of Christ. Responsibilities • Provide attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care for children. Supervise children and maintain a safe, clean environment. Engage children in play, stories, crafts, and other appropriate activities. Assist with snacks, diapering, and toileting as needed. Communicate respectfully with parents and ministry leaders. Follow all church child-safety policies and procedures. Serve as a positive Christian role model for the children. Qualifications • A genuine love for children and a heart for serving families. Dependable, patient, trustworthy, and responsible. Previous childcare or children's ministry experience preferred. Must be willing to complete required background checks and safety training. Committed to representing Christ and the mission of the church.
