Job Description

Job Description Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily field operations on heavy civil and commercial construction projects. This individual will lead crews, coordinate work activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on active construction projects. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work activities. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Oversee site operations including concrete work, rebar installation, formwork, grading, and utility construction as applicable. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety standards. Monitor production schedules and ensure projects remain on track. Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Complete daily reports and maintain accurate jobsite documentation. Ensure quality standards are met and address field issues as they arise. Foster a productive, safety-focused work environment. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of construction experience within heavy civil, concrete, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Previous experience leading crews in a Foreman or Lead Foreman capacity. Previous experience with concrete placement, rebar installation, utility work, earthwork, or roadway construction. Strong understanding of construction means and methods. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Experience coordinating labor, equipment, and subcontractors. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and quality. Valid driver's license and reliable transportatio DOT experience
