Job description H&W Construction is seeking an experienced and dependable Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical construction experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee crews, coordinate projects, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising field personnel, coordinating daily activities, troubleshooting electrical systems, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial, residential, or industrial projects. Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects stay on schedule. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. Ensure all electrical work meets applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades. Monitor job-site safety and enforce company safety policies. Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy. Track materials, tools, equipment, and manpower needs. Train and mentor electricians and apprentices. Identify potential problems and develop effective solutions in the field. Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate job progress to management. Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements Able to manage electronic work order system Qualifications 5+ years of electrical construction experience , with previous foreman or lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable electrical codes and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Physically able to work alone Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA training/certification is a plus. West Virginia Electrician license required. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
