SIGN INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

We are currently seeking an experienced Sign Installation Supervisor to join our installation team in the Seattle market. If you have 3+ years of experience in sign/graphics installation and/or construction related fieldwork, possess the necessary certifications and skills, and are ready to contribute to our dynamic team, we want to hear from you. As a Sign Installation Supervisor , you will be a key member of our installation team responsible for the precise installation of signage and/or graphics. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring that our signage projects are executed flawlessly.

Sign Installation Supervisor Key Responsibilities :

Set up projects including planning and scheduling. Be responsible for supervising install crews and provide daily direction. Ability to communicate both verbal and written, with other trades and management teams. Safely and efficiently install signage, both interior and exterior, according to project specifications. Capture, document and report all change orders. Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate installation of signage. Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges that may arise. Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices at all times. Conduct field audits to confirm safety compliance and quality Complete accurate installation records and documentation. Assist in training and mentoring junior installers as needed. Ability to travel up to 50% to project locations, with potential for overnight travel as needed.

Sign Installation Superintendent Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in signage/graphics installation.

MUST HAVE LEVEL 4 MASTER SIGN ELECTRICIAN LICENSE.

Minimum of 2 years supervisory and/or lead experience. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components related to sign installation. Proficiency in vinyl installation techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret installation plans and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to safety and following established protocols. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proven experience leading, mentoring and training installation teams.
