What You'll Do Lead and supervise a crew on job sites Perform and oversee hardscape and drainage installations Manage daily work assignments and keep projects on schedule Ensure quality workmanship and client satisfaction Maintain a safe job site at all times What We're Looking For 3+ years of landscape construction or hardscape experience Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and leadership skills Ability to work outdoors in all conditions We Offer Competitive pay Full-time steady work Room to grow
