Roof Inc. is responsible for leading and supervising crews to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of roofing projects. The Foreman plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, enforcing company standards, and delivering professional workmanship while representing the company to customers in a professional manner. Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce all company safety protocols and OSHA requirements
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and documentation Crew Leadership & Daily Operations
  • Lead, supervise, motivate and train crew members to meet daily production goals
  • Assign tasks and ensure all work is completed correctly and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional, level-headed attitude with crew members and customers
  • Ensure crew members clock in and out accurately each day
  • Oversee job site setup and cleanup
  • Maintain organization and productivity on all job sites Attendance Expectations
  • Arrive on time and ready to work
  • Report absences or schedule changes
  • Maintain consistent attendance
  • Ensure crew follows proper timekeeping and breaks Qualifications
  • Roofing experience required
  • Leadership and crew management skills

Pay:
$30.00
  • $35.
00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
