- Enforce all company safety protocols and OSHA requirements
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
- Conduct daily safety meetings and documentation Crew Leadership & Daily Operations
- Lead, supervise, motivate and train crew members to meet daily production goals
- Assign tasks and ensure all work is completed correctly and efficiently
- Maintain a professional, level-headed attitude with crew members and customers
- Ensure crew members clock in and out accurately each day
- Oversee job site setup and cleanup
- Maintain organization and productivity on all job sites Attendance Expectations
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Report absences or schedule changes
- Maintain consistent attendance
- Ensure crew follows proper timekeeping and breaks Qualifications
- Roofing experience required
