Job Description
Framing Foreman Bergeron Builders LLC - Chippewa Falls, WI Bergeron Builders LLC is looking for an experienced Framing Foreman to join our growing construction team. We are looking for a dependable, skilled carpenter who can lead a framing crew, read plans, manage a jobsite, and take pride in producing high-quality work. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows residential framing and can keep a crew productive while maintaining safety and quality. What You'll Do Lead and supervise framing crews on residential construction projects Read and interpret blueprints and framing plans Layout and frame walls, floors, roofs, and structural components Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects moving on schedule Train and mentor carpenters and laborers Ensure work is square, level, plumb, and built to plan Coordinate material deliveries and communicate material needs Work closely with the Project Manager Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Enforce company safety standards and proper PPE use Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential framing experience Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential construction and framing Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to lead a crew and hold employees accountable Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willingness to work outdoors and at heights Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift and handle construction materials What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($40+ hourly) Full-time, year-round work Performance-based opportunities Opportunity for advancement Quality tools and equipment Supportive team environment Opportunity to play an important role in a growing local company Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be babysat.
