We're looking to add motivated crew members looking to grow into a flourishing company — with opportunities to stay on for snow removal during the winter and continue with us into 2027. Position Overview We're hiring Landscape Construction Crew Members to join our team for the 2026 landscaping season and beyond. Typical projects include patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, grading, sod/seed installation, and other hardscape and softscape work. At the end of the season, team members have the opportunity to transition into our Snow & Ice Management Crew at an increased pay rate. Crew members who return for the 2027 season will also receive a retention raise as a thank-you for your commitment. Responsibilities Assist with installation of hardscape and softscape projects Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site Follow directions from crew leaders and work effectively in a team environment Maintain punctuality and reliability throughout the season Qualifications Prior landscaping or trades experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Valid driver's license required Must have reliable transportation to get to and from local jobsites Must be able to pass background check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities during peak season Increased pay rate for winter snow maintenance work Retention raise for crew members who return for the 2027 season Hands-on training and career growth potential within Scapeland Unlimited growth potential, actively seeking foreman apprentice for transition to a foreman role in 2027 Schedule & Pay Full-time 10 hour shifts M-Th, April through late November Opportunity to continue through winter on snow contracts Hourly rate: Based on experience ($20-25+/hr depending on experience) Snow pay rate: Higher hourly rate ($28-$40/hr typical range) Retention raise for returning in 2026 How to Apply If you're motivated, hardworking, and want to be part of a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
