• Direct daily field operations and supervise installation crews to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Interpret architectural plans, project specifications, and layouts to ensure installation accuracy.
• Coordinate material staged on-site and schedule daily labor tasks to meet strict project milestones.
• Maintain clear communication with General Contractors, field superintendents, and internal project managers.
• Enforce strict job site safety standards and conduct regular tool-box safety talks.
• Identify and resolve real-time site conflicts or layout issues to prevent project delays.
• Mentor trade assistants and installers to foster skill development and internal career growth. Required Qualifications & Experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or foreman experience in commercial construction.
• Strong background working with commercial interior finishes, carpentry, glass, or specialty products.
• Proven ability to read blueprints, layout job sites, and manage crew productivity.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between field assignments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in active job site environments. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
• Experience operating job site equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and material handlers.
• Demonstrated history of supervising projects involving commercial window coverings, glass, or millwork. Compensation & Benefits
