Join our team at Project Home as a Residential Repair Craftsman . Use your expertise in carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and general trades to directly transform homes and improve the quality of life for local clients who need it most. You'll play a vital role in assessing home repair needs , developing comprehensive work plans , and executing repairs with precision and efficiency. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate project details will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Conduct on-site inspections and develop detailed work plans and estimates. Execute hands-on repairs across multiple construction trades (carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Build strong, positive relationships with clients by communicating project details clearly. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to industry safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in home construction. Proven technical and problem-solving skills across various trades. Basic proficiency in computer applications for scheduling, reporting, and communication. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and physical fitness to handle job site demands.
